Edition comparison
Standard Edition ($59.99)
The Standard Edition is the core game with no extras beyond what every player receives at launch. This is the right choice if you don't care about early access or additional cosmetic/digital content and prefer to wait until after release to purchase.
Digital Deluxe Edition ($79.99)
The Digital Deluxe Edition adds several value propositions:
- 72-hour early access — Play three days before the December 10 release date on eligible platforms (excludes Switch 2)
- Wings of Freedom Earrings digital bonus — A cosmetic item for your character customization
- Additional digital content tied to the Deluxe tier (exact items to be confirmed closer to launch)
Whether the Deluxe edition is worth $20 more depends on whether early access matters to you. For players who can't wait, the three-day head start has real value.
