Are the Nine Titans confirmed?
Yes. Steam's official description says the game lets players experience battles involving Pure Titans, Abnormal Titans and the Nine Titans. Combat Arts
Combat Arts use a dedicated gauge. Koei Tecmo's examples include repeated slashes, a wide attack along the anchor line and an attack that rapidly destroys Titan body parts. The official material does not say which named Titan encounters require a particular Art or publish damage and stagger values.
Buddy Arts
Accompanying characters can use gauge-powered Buddy Arts with the protagonist. Official examples show one action staggering a Titan and creating a nape opening, while another destroys both legs. Which characters provide each effect, and whether named bosses resist them, remains TBD.
Environmental attacks
The official system page shows three environmental options: approaching from a blind spot, triggering a collapse to deal damage and dropping a Titan into a pit to stop its movement. These are confirmed encounter mechanics, but they should not be presented as universal boss solutions: map availability and effectiveness against the Nine Titans are Unconfirmed/TBD.
Equipment mechanism traits
